Heypoker loyalty program: Valueback or Cashback up to 40%

The Heypoker Loyalty Program is a valueback system that gives cash back up to 40% to their loyal playing members.

You can not combine a first deposit bonus with the Heypoker program.

For each player point you collect, you will receive an amount of loyalty points based on your VIP level. The higher your level, the more loyalty points you receive. At any time, you can convert your loyalty points to real money.

Instead of choosing for cashback, you can also exchange your loyalty points for tournament tickets or spend them in the heypoker shop.

Valueback levels

Heypoker has the following monthly levels:

• Jack - earn 1 player point - 8% to 12% cashback
• Queen - earn 1000 player points monthly - 12% to 15% cashback
• King - earn 3000 player points monthly - 15% to 19% cashback

Your monthly status is based on the amount of player points you earned in the previous month. You need to maintain your amount of collected player points each month to maintain your level.

Heypoker has the following yearly level:

• Ace - earn 12000 over the past year (average 1000 per month) - 20% to 28% cashback
• Joker - earn 72000 over the past year (average 6000 per month) - 28% to 40% cashback

You do not need to wait until a full year is over to receive the yearly Star level. As soon as you reached the required player points, you receive the Star status, even if it is for example in the first month.

Each level is devided into sub-levels. This way, you will receive more loyalty points and thus more cashback if you reach a higher sublevel within one level.
You reach the top Ace level if you have an average of 5000 player points per month.
You reach the top Joker level if you have an average of 20000 player points per month.

Valueback Program Sign Up

After registration, you need to sign up and be accepted for the valueback program.

You can do this after loggin on with your account at the Heypoker website: Go to My page. On the bottom of the page you have a button to sign up for the program.

In general, you will only be accepted for the loyalty program once you have cleared your first deposit bonus. It is better to wait until you have cleared your bonus before signup up for the program. If you sign up before clearing your first deposit bonus, you will be denied and you will have to mail to support@heypoker.com to correct this once you cleared your first deposit bonus.
