Setting up an account at moneybookers is rather easy and straightforward. See the instructions below how to register at moneybookers. Moneybookers is currently not available in the USA.

Once you have succesfully set up your account, it becomes very easy to upload or withdraw funds to or from any poker room.
Transaction fees to upload funds to moneybookers are monstly free.
Transaction fees to withdraw funds from moneybookers are small, verying between 1 and 3.5 euro.

Moneybookers account set up instructions

Go to moneybookers and click the register-button. You will need to complete four easy steps:

• Step1: Account type. Fill in your email, choose a password, your country, currency and preferred language. When selecting your country, choose the country from which you want to fund your Moneybookers account or send money from.
• Step2: email verification. You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
• Step3: Personal details. Fill in your personal information such as adress and date of birth.
• Step4: Confirmation. Accept the moneybookers terms and confirm your registration.

After this registration process, you can start to use the moneybookers system. The amounts you can deposit and withdraw are limited. If you need higher transaction limits, you will need to verify some items.

Moneybookers verification steps

You can use the moneybookers system without verifying anything, but the transaction amounts will be limited. The limits will increase when you start verifying your account information.

The limit increase you receive when verifying something depends on the currency you have selected during your registration, but they are all comparable. If you have selected euro as your currency for example, limits will increase with 5000 euro per verified item.

Verify adress

• A verification letter will be sent to the address registered on your account. This letter will contain a verification code.
• Enter the code at the moneybookers site.

Verify bank account

• Simply upload funds to your Moneybookers account from a bank account held in your name and moneybookers will credit this amount to your user balance and increase your transaction limits. You can transfer any amount of your choice.

Verify credit/debit card

• Enter your card info
• Moneybookers will charge your card for a random verification fee between EUR 1.01 - 2.99.
• You must then check your card statement for the exact transaction amount and enter it into the 'verify credit/debit card' section of your Moneybookers profile.
